SALTSPRING ISLAND MUSSELS

Saltspring Island,  off the coast of British Columbia, is ideal for mussel culture and home to Saltspring Island Mussels. It is here that the rich oceanic waters collide with the warmer waters of the protected bays and sounds, causing an explosion of a unique blend of phyto-plankton.
