LITTLE NECK CLAM
800×600
Native to North America, hard-shell clams are both farmed and collected in the wild on the U.S. east coast and in Canada. Depending upon size, hard-shell clams may be sold as little necks, topnecks, cherrystones, quahogs or chowders. Hard-shell clams are at their peak quality from September through June depending upon harvest location.
